Visiting Policy
To protect the health, safety, and well-being of our puppies and their mothers, unscheduled or unapproved visits are not allowed. In the past, frequent casual visits caused unnecessary stress for young puppies and nursing moms. To maintain a calm and healthy environment: All visits are by approval only Once your puppy is officially reserved, you are welcome to visit and complete pickup in person This policy helps ensure cleanliness, safety, and reduced stress for every puppy
Delivery & Travel Details
Once delivery arrangements are confirmed (typically within 24–48 hours), you will receive:
Complete flight and travel information
An estimated arrival time
A tracking number to follow your puppy’s journey in real time

Your Australian Shepherd puppy travels inside the airplane cabin
A trained pet nanny provides constant supervision and care
Your puppy is hand-delivered to ensure comfort and safety throughout the journey
To arrange delivery, simply provide your complete address (street, city, state, and ZIP code). You may choose from the following options:
Airport Pickup – $250
Meet the pet nanny at your nearest major airport
Door-to-Door Delivery – $300
Your puppy is delivered directly to your home
