Bright-pawaussies is a responsible and ethical breeder specializing in Australian Shepherd puppies. Our website provides details about available puppies, breeding practices, health guarantees, shipping options, and adoption-related services. By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement

3. Health Assurance

Every Australian Shepherd puppy from bright-pawaussies receives a complete examination by a licensed veterinarian before leaving our care. Each puppy is provided with:
Age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming
A veterinarian-issued health certificate
A one-year health guarantee covering serious, life-threatening genetic conditions
Buyers are required to have their puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within four (4) days of receiving the puppy. If a serious health concern is identified, eligibility for a replacement puppy will be determined in accordance with our Health Guarantee Policy.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is available within the United States to approved major airports that accept live animal transport. All shipping and delivery expenses are the responsibility of the buyer.
Puppies are shipped only after full payment has been received.
bright-pawaussies reserves the right to delay or cancel shipping if weather conditions, airline restrictions, or safety concerns could place the puppy at risk.
Ground delivery or in-person pickup may be available for an additional fee, depending on location and availability.

5. Buyer Responsibilities

By purchasing a puppy from bright-pawaussies, the buyer agrees to: Provide proper nutrition, safe housing, regular exercise, and routine veterinary care Never subject the puppy to neglect, abuse, or abandonment. Contact bright-pawaussies immediately if they are unable to continue caring for the puppy so responsible arrangements can be discussed

6. Refunds & Returns

All deposits are non-refundable. Puppies may be returned within four (4) days of pickup or delivery only for verified health-related reasons, confirmed by a licensed veterinarian. Any applicable processing or administrative fees will be deducted in accordance with our Health Guarantee

We respect your privacy and handle all personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains how your data is collected, used, and protected

bright-pawaussies is not responsible for: Health or behavioral issues resulting from improper care after the puppy leaves our possession Shipping delays or airline-related restrictions beyond our control Misuse or misunderstanding of information provided on this website Our total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the puppy.
